Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and inspect incoming shipments for any damage or discrepancies.
- Pack and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets and customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting stock and managing inventory accurately.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not always required.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and obtain necessary certifications.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
