Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload products onto and off of trucks, railcars, and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, organize, and label inventory to ensure proper storage and retrieval.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) responsibly after training completion.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
