Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Wrap, label, and secure merchandise properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicle).
