Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products onto and off trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Inventory Organization: Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided) to move heavy items efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report them immediately to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements as required.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain a clean work environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
