Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain accident-free workplace
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering high-performance culture
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software to minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation scheduling
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements to boost operational efficiency
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to meet productivity targets
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
