Responsibilities
- Move and sort materials/products using hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided)
- Load/unload shipments while verifying inventory counts and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners) with proper training and certification
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented setting
