Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage facilities following temperature control protocols
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in cold environments
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods and report discrepancies
- Use forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certification training
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow OSHA and FDA regulations for cold storage operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
