Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Scan and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Keep work areas clean and organized per 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team player with positive attitude
