Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
