Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory with accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Operate power tools and machinery responsibly after proper training
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
