Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Complete shift paperwork and inventory counts accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Newark facility
