Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using manual methods and forklifts
- Sort and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
