Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any damages immediately.
- Organize and restock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure easy retrieval.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and shipment delays.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (dock doors).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
