Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors) following OSHA guidelines
- Verify product accuracy and documentation against shipping/receiving manifests
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
