Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and shipping containers efficiently and safely using manual and powered equipment.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and pallets to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report them to management immediately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
