Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure they arrive at their destination intact.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
