Role Overview
As a Warehouse Loader, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations. You will ensure that products are loaded onto trucks safely and efficiently, maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Stack merchandise securely on pallets, shelves, and racks to prevent damage.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipments.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
