Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring all items are secured.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Organize merchandise and maintain accurate inventory counts within the warehouse.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
