Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using WMS systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Load/unload shipments with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
