Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and standard procedures
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve operational issues
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WMS systems)
