Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Optimize warehouse processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to work flexible schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Valid driver's license required
