Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person night shift team, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily productivity reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Basic math and inventory management skills
