Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and implement lean practices
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
