Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Coordinate cross-docking activities for rapid order fulfillment
- Implement lean warehouse optimization techniques
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or distribution center experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
