Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to fulfill customer orders according to pick tickets and work orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and report any discrepancies or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
