Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily KPI targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Familiarity with WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, etc.) a plus
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
