Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using provided equipment (electric pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.)
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock locations
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment with training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
