As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We provide paid training, a safety-first culture, and opportunities for career advancement within our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled, staged, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
