Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and correctly when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
