Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Participate in remote onboarding and digital training sessions
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely during administrative tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
