As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the heartbeat of our distribution center, ensuring that every order is picked accurately and efficiently. We offer a competitive pay structure, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Inspect items for quality control and damage before final packaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
