Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and place inventory materials within the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment in an organized and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification required or willing to obtain).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
