As a Warehouse Picker, you play a critical role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Scan items using RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
