Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and strict safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date and organized.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and proper labeling.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any order discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
