Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and conveyor systems with proper training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
