Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, RF scanners)
- Operate material handling machinery safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
