Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice technology
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability (early morning/afternoon shifts)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
