Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy using barcode scanners and WMS systems.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required for picker roles).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
