Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify inventory counts using handheld scanners and ensure records are up to date.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
