Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Verify product locations and ensure accurate inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage during transit and ensure packaging meets strict safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
