Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement cycle counting processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Address operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite, inventory systems)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
