Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of products against work orders to ensure high-quality service.
- Label packages correctly and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when certified.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for long periods during shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
