Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve inventory issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and verifying orders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
