Responsibilities
- Utilize warehouse equipment and handheld scanners to pick, pack, and stage inventory with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring only the best items are shipped to our clients.
- Keep workstations organized and clean, adhering to 5S cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the packing and shipping departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Basic reading and math skills for interpreting labels and scanning barcodes.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for new hires.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
