Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (provided by us) with precision and care.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
