Job Overview
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that every customer receives their order accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners, safely and in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any picking discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for packing and labeling products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
