Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, as trained.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure correct quantities and conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
