Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and tuggers as required.
- Sort and label packages according to shipping guidelines and destination.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
