Your Role:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for retrieving, preparing, and packaging orders accurately and efficiently to ensure our customers receive their products on time.
Responsibilities
- Locate and pick products from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all picked items are accurately labeled and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
