Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, securely packaged, and ready for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, or stocking) is a plus but not mandatory for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn barcode scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
